RapidNotify is an emergency alert system for Arthur, Deuel, Grant, Hooker, Keith, Logan and McPherson Counties in Nebraska. This service will only be activated by local officials in the event of impending severe weather, hazardous materials incidents or to disseminate information about other emergency events.
